Four Groups are known to be working towards Civilian Spaceflight and the potentially highly lucrative Sol to Alpha Centauri route.

Spaceways Consortium, a European group.
Colonial Movers, Colonial Government Controlled
China Starliners, Chinese Government Controlled

The Spaceways Consortium and Colonial Movers are jointly funding the upgrade of two pre-fall Colonial designs, one a dedicated Cargo ship, another a primarily Passenger design with some cargo capacity to use the improved trchnologies now available to the Tau'ri and the Colonial Remnant.
